I thought that Americans for Prosperity is a 501(c) organization, and is limited in influencing political campaigns. Are they aware of the tax consequences of arbitrarily excluding candidates?

==Hi Joseph,In the interest of time and allowing the candidates to be able to give substantive answers to all of the questions, we only invited the GOP and Democrat candidates to this debate. Thank you for your inquiry and good luck on your campaign.
