Tim,
How much do we currently have remaining in the legal offense fund? We certainly are not there yet in the process but if need be I would be more than willing to co-sponsor on vote for an email motion to amend the budget line to increase legal offense if it couldn't wait till August.
I also wouldn't be opposed to Wes using this and other recent incidents to fundraise for the legal offense fund. The longer and more quills the porcupine has, the less likely we are to need them. That said, the porcupine needs to start shooting more quills over the bow of the establishment and make sure they know we are willing to use them.

I thought that Americans for Prosperity is a 501(c) organization, and is limited in influencing political campaigns. Are they aware of the tax consequences of arbitrarily excluding candidates?

==Hi Joseph,In the interest of time and allowing the candidates to be able to give substantive answers to all of the questions, we only invited the GOP and Democrat candidates to this debate. Thank you for your inquiry and good luck on your campaign.
