[Lnc-business] Jul Membership Report

I'm still hoping for a solution to the "Single Check Out" idea.  I think
that presenting the option for people to join the state and national party
at the same time would boost overall membership on both sides.

On last check, Kentucky's overlap between state and national members is
only 10%-15%.  We'd potentially bring 90 people to national and 105 to the
state.
