[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2017-18: Unity Statement

I vote no. I also believe that this is a golden opportunity for us to
publicly explain our view as to why we're voting no. We don't want to shut
down military bases to waste money on garbage schools mismanaged by the
state. We want to end both. It's an excellent time to publicly clarify our
position here.
