The Libertarian Party of Florida issued a press release during the proposed
FL Kratom bans, which have subsequently been pulled.

Kratom, as well as Kava Kava, have both seen a recreational surge in
Florida as well as other states, toted as a safer alternative to alcohol.
There are also medical uses for kratom which shouldn't be under-estimated,
especially in the realm of opiate addiction recovery. Caryn-Ann, are you
referring to a fight on the Federal level or the various State and local
levels?
In Liberty,
