[Lnc-business] [Lnc-votes] roll call for this email list

FYI - We can allow people to continue to send from their personal email
- that way people can "reply" to existing mail and it will get
delivered.  In future LNCs, this won't be necessary as they will not
have received email on their personal account at all during that term.

As long as the email server doesn't try to deliver email to non-LP
addresses, we won't get us flagged as spammers.  So you can respond to
previous email using the address you were using before, we just can't
send list traffic to the personal accounts.

I've heard a few folks are still having trouble.  The web interface is
documented in the user guide, and I have just updated it to walk through
GMail integration as well (thanks to Whitney for being my Guinea Pig on
that one).

So what's fully documented is:

    MacOS
    Thunderbird
    GMail

Partially documented:

    iPad/iOS

If there are additional clients people need assistance with, I can try
to help now, or I can help in NOLA.
