[Lnc-business] Feedback on LP religion poll / tracking?

Starchild, thanks for the observations and suggestions.

Click-tracking is a widely used practice to help measure the
effectiveness of emails. I don't plan to stop our use of it. Others can
debate the pros and cons of the practice. If the LNC wants us to stop,
I'll abide.

I prefer the way I lumped all the Christian options at the top so you
can kind of add them up quickly.

I was somewhat closely mirroring the sorting used at this wikipedia article:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion_in_the_United_States

*Religious Self-Identification of the U.S. Adult Population*

There are probably many thousand religions across the world and U.S.

I included several that Libertarians requested in the past that were not
included in a previous survey, but I did not choose Transhumanist. It
did cross my mind, but I figured we had enough details for this
unscientific survey.

It's not easy to make a list of the top religions, because things like
denominations and the difference between a religion and a denomination
make it complicated, not to mention the feedback along the lines that
"government is a religion" and "environmentalism is a religion.

NOTA got 3%, so I think we covered most people's choices.

Take care,
