[Lnc-business] First draft of 12/9/17 LNC Meeting Minutes

Unless Mr. Moellman used the term "secret session" in his motion on page
6, it should be change to the proper term Executive Session.  The LNC
has never entered a secret session since that ability is not in the
Bylaws of the party.
