Nick, I hope by this line:  "since we've had some turnover on the 
committee since then.", you're not implying me.  Because, with the type 
of things that were said on this email list by certain board members 
during the Arvin Vohra discussions, and nary a word from you about it, 
I'm really baffled as to why you'd make such a statement now.
