I am good with DC in December, but I would like to avoid the weekend
     of
Dec 8-9, as there is a FairVote Board Meeting in San Francisco on
     Mon,
Dec 10, that I am planning on attending. Dec 1-2, which is the
     weekend
after Thanksgiving weekend, would be good, and I would not have a
problem with that meeting being in Alexandria.
     Thanks,
