   It can be either.
   ==Also, do we have people working to create applications for the
   committees that will have non-LNC members? In NOLA we'd briefly
   discussed the process of having an LP email sent out to alert members
   about the different committee opportunities, and having a method for
   applying. Is this something LPHQ will draft, or do we do it? Or, is
   that currently undecided?==
   I am working on creating these as well as the omni-email alerting
   emails and the LP News article about committee opportunities. I will
   work with current or past members of the committees on the
   applications.
