[Lnc-business] Seeking Co-Sponsors: Motion to set the September Meeting Location

John,

There is no reason to rent a space for a LNC meeting. Typically we use
a hotel board room for the meeting at no little or no cost to
the party as long as we buy food (usually a lunch) and have a certain
number of hotel rooms used by participants. You
can always chip in for a part of the cost of the lunch to offset that
cost.

We are asking LNC members to travel across the country at their own
expense for travel and lodging. I doubt most dues paying
members of the party would begrudge the expense of a meal every 3-4
months for those doing the party's business.

Live Free,
