That was my understanding. In reviewing some old LNC threads it seems like
the practice in the past was to avoid.
Disconnecting the debate from the votes hinders the exchange of ideas to
come to best decision IMHO
Alicia’s explanation makes perfect sense and explains the awkward language.
I do think we should amend the language for clarity.
