ahhh meant to keep the word vote in there - here is the correct
language - though I did post the language and ask for suggestions
prior to starting this email ballot - and it included not deleting
vote - the first email is a scrivener's error. That is how Richard
indicated he would co-sponsor because I did post the wording and ask
for suggestions--

I do hope we are changing our underwear though.

Section 1.04 ELECTRONIC MAIL BALLOT PROCEDURES

1) Electronic Mail Ballots

[DEL: Electronic mail ballots shall not
include an accompanying argument for or against passage of the motion.:DEL]
Notification of an electronic mail ballot shall be made by the
Secretary by electronic mail. [ADD: The notification may not contain
an argument for or against passage. :ADD] An LNC Member may change
[DEL: his or her :DEL] [ADD: their :ADD] vote on an electronic mail
ballot, provided that the change is received by the Secretary by the
deadline for return of ballots.
