[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-22: PROPERTY RIGHTS RESOLUTION

I vote no.
While I support property rights, this line is what I can't do:unlawful
usurpation of
property
This makes it sound as if "lawful" usurpation is ok, which is employed
through eminent domain.
