[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-22: PROPERTY RIGHTS RESOLUTION

As I said explained before, the alternate vote goes in the primary column
until the primary votes. That is how I always record them so Adams vote is
in the correct place. The votes in the alternate column are not counted.

It is indicated the vote is from an alternate by the underline. If you
look in column one you will that the person who’s vote is being counted is
underlined. (For reference see Lark/Hogarth which is the same situation as
Bilyeu/Adams).

Lyons did not vote. If you see a vote for him please provide a link. If
you are referring to this:

http://hq.lp.org/pipermail/lnc-business/2018/014899.html

You cannot pre-vote. There was no ballot yet.

Thus everything is in fact recorded correctly as I reported.

As I said explained before, the alternate vote goes in the primary
column until the primary votes. That is how I always record them so
Adams vote is in the correct place. The votes in the alternate column
   are not counted.
It is indicated the vote is from an alternate by the underline. If you
look in column one you will that the person who’s vote is being counted
is underlined. (For reference see Lark/Hogarth which is the same
   situation as Bilyeu/Adams).
Lyons did not vote. If you see a vote for him please provide a link.
If you are referring to this:
   [1]http://hq.lp.org/pipermail/lnc-business/2018/014899.html
You cannot pre-vote. There was no ballot yet.
Thus everything is in fact recorded correctly as I reported.

Also, I see a yes vote for "yes" vote for Region &, but Whitney
     Bilyeu
hasn't voted. I'd think the Adams 'yes' vote would fall into the
Alternate column, and if Whitney doesn't vote, then be counted. But,
     I
think it should be indicated that the vote is from an Alternate.
