[Lnc-business] Policy Manual Amendment, regarding the hiring of a new Executive Director

Justin,

I still have a problem with a non-LNC majority on any LNC committee.  
The delegates elected the LNC to conduct the party's business, they did 
not elect these committee appointees.  If you want to put a check on the 
chair's power then the LNC should pick the committee members other than 
the Chair and the EPCC Chair.

My other concern, in the current situation, is the amount of time this 
new process would take to develop.  I would like to have a new ED in 
place either at or shortly after the December LNC meeting.  The sooner 
the better since the learning curve for this position is very steep.
