Robert Kraus, please forward this note, including the attachment, to the 
state chairs list for Jim. (Like Jim, I am not on that list.)

Bob Johnston, I believe you created a blog posting with this content 
last year. Please take a look at the list and, if you think it would be 
useful, prepare another blog with the new 2018 list.

Jim, thanks for taking the time to assemble this information. I have 
placed the January 30 State of the Union date on my calendar.
