Dear Ms. Hamilton,

After receiving your complaint on January 12, 2018, I asked the LNC's
special counsel to review it and investigate the allegations pursuant
to the relevant section of the policy manual, which states "In
response to every complaint, LNC will take prompt and necessary steps
to investigate the matter and will protect the individual’s
confidentiality, as much as possible, recognizing the need to
thoroughly investigate all complaints."

The results of the investigation are attached to this email in PDF format.
