Mr. Chair, 

The Candidate Support Committee asks for a 30 minute time period for our
report at the upcoming LNC meeting.  During that period we will present
a set of guidelines we have developed that we believe should be
considered before any funding is granted to LP candidates for public
office.  We will also make a motion concerning the future of the
committee that I will forward to the LNC early next week for early
review.
