I received a report from Drew Bingaman, chair of the Libertarian Party 
of Pennsylvania; I have enclosed the report below.

My apologies as things have been quite hectic for me of late.

Anyways as you may know Drew Gray Miller "beat the spread" in his bid 
for Congress 18th and has become quite notorious as a result.

The LPPA held our convention March 4 and we have nominated Ken Krawchuk 
and Kathleen Smith for Governor and LT Governor respectively.  We also 
nominated Dale Kerns for US Senate.

We also elected delegates to NOLA and I will be serving as delegation chair.

We are currently in petition drive season and look to put upwards of 25 
total candidates on the ballot for November.

Once again I apologise for this report coming late. I will try to be on 
time in the future.
