[Lnc-business] CT Ballot access and Petition Drive

   All,
   CT has a deadline of the first week of August to collect 7500 Valid
   signatures for their Gubenatorial Candidate's Ballot access. (1% in the
   race gives instant access to all races in 2020 without petitioning).
   The state party has an estimated 2k raw signatures on hand, and is
   requesting help with the remainder if possible.
