For those coming to convention.

Whether you are running for public office or in Party leadership or just a Party activist, you should have a professional headshot. We have found a great deal for you!  A single head shot with the top photographer in Hollywood South/New Orleans will be only $50 pre-paid and $75 for a walk up.
Steve Hammond from “The Headshot Agency” will be on site at the Hyatt on June 30th from noon to 3pm. We will have Steve set up in a breakout room.(Likely Imperial 10)

Our Gala this year is black tie optional.
With that in mind we have set up  on June 30th, and possibly July 1st and July 2nd depending on need we will have Mel, the owner of Tuxedos to Geaux on site in Imperial Room 11 taking measurements.  He will call in the alterations to his shop and deliver them back to the Hyatt.  It’s only $169 for everything but the shoes and socks and Mel’s throwing in a free upgrade for those that want a vest instead of the cummerbund. You can’t find this opportunity outside of New Orleans. No where else can match the volume that Mardi Gras brings.  OWN a Tux for what it costs to rent one. Check out their reviews on Yelp.

If you need something different than classic black, contact them so they can have it ready. Keep in mind that will be a little higher cost.
