[Lnc-business] Region 8 Reformation and New Representatives.

   LNC,
   Region 8 has reformed and submitted its signed regional agreement to
   the Secretary. One additional State was added to Region 8 this year,
   the current List includes ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, NY, NJ, and RI.
   Following elections In regional Caucus, the New Regional Representative
   to the LNC is Jim Rosenbeck of NY, and the New Alternate is Jeff Lyons
   of MA. Both are CC'd on this email, and need to be set up with their
   lp.org emails and added to this list.
