[Lnc-business] I am very very disturbed

I am not saying we could have done it any other way, but I could pull out
all of my protest emails after 2016 about how botched the At-Large and JC
elections were (I think I may just do that). This convention was worse.
We completely disrespected our rules and bylaws by effectively using
plurality voting that was never intended. Perhaps the results would have
been the same but it is patently not fair to the body that no one in the At
Large position had to achieve a majority. I am pretty confident that the
results would have been almost the same but the Party deserved that. It is
absolutely ridiculous the way we de-prioritize Party business and a
dereliction of our duty. And *not fair to the At-Large members who will
have a cloud over their head when they should be able to be proud of their
accomplishment.*
There is no excuse for this happening now two conventions in a row. None.
And we should be so mortified that fixing this be priority number one.
