[Lnc-business] Election Committee make up

My thoughts on this would be 1 non LNC rep from each region plus 1 from the LNC, perhaps only voting to break ties.  Which would give 9 as a minimum, and somewhat equal representation.  Though having 2 states not in regions throws that off a bit, so 11 might be better?
