[Lnc-business] Listing Ideas Thread

I'm glad to see retention as a focus. That was one of the biggest for
me. Another on my list:
We need more members involved in committee assignments. It seems we
recycle a lot of the same people. Honestly, with most of the committees,
especially those not within our bylaws, we shouldn't have more than
maybe two members/alternates from the LNC so we get a broader
perspective from our membership. If we have to revisit some of the
standing committees, or ad hoc committees already in existing to modify,
I would personally like to see that direction.
