[Lnc-business] Historical Preservation Committee

As we are progressing we have a backlog of work to do and I was thinking of
moving to expand the committee to 7 but wanted to see if there would be
objections or pushback to answer first.  We are presently five.  Out of the
five prior members, one did not wish to serve another term and a volunteer
that was working as hard as anyone who was on the committee will be
appointed in his place.  Now that we know what kind of work there is for
the future few years, it would be nice to solicit applications to add a few
wiki ninjas.
