[Lnc-business] Using electronic voting at LNC meetings for elections

There is an online solution called OpaVote that I would like to use once
they add the ability to have non-anonymous ballots.  I have been speaking
with them.

I think they may also be a good resource for the proposed electronic voting
convention committee to look into.
