Got it- that is what I was getting at here with the “blending” though the
changes were not substantive- resetting the clock as a matter of common
sense looking at the intent of the provisions.

So it seems that I did here what you also did in great part.

So absent an objection, I will treat this the same way with the “reset” of
the comment period which is the time frame allotted in the opening email.
