[Lnc-business] Bundle one of Committee Applications received as of last night midnight

Respond to this email to let me know if you would like sent to you.  The
format will be a PDF package with index so you can see at glance the names
and easily jump to specific pages.  I have also noted in the index that
region numbers of applicants for the block chain committee as some of the
appointments are region specific.  I investigated other possible formats
such as One Note or Evernote but they do a shitty job of embedding PDFs so
a single package sent via email is actually the most elegant.
