[Lnc-business] Policy Manual

[Caryn Ann Harlos]

Chuck Moulton had brought this up to me, and I agree - I will be creating a
version of the Policy Manual that has hyperlinks embedded in the Table of
Contents to make it easier for members (and us) to navigate.  Nothing is
changed in the actual content - this is simply for navigation purposes.  As
such, I think this is just something that I can do but if anyone disagrees,
please speak up.
