Dear colleagues:

     I hope all is well with you.  In a separate message I shall send 
you my reports for the upcoming LNC meeting.  I apologize for the delay 
in sending the reports; I encountered some unexpected problems during my 
trip to Iceland on Friday - Sunday that prevented me from the sending 
the reports sooner.

     Thanks for your work for liberty.  I look forward to seeing you 
again soon.
