Where: Residence Inn Alexandria Old Town/Duke Street - 1456 Duke Street, Alexandria  VA  22314 (right by LPHQ)

Room Rate: $139 Single or Double includes free wifi in both sleeping & meeting rooms. Additionally they provide a free hot breakfast buffet (& evening reception Mon-Thu).

Parking & Transportation: The hotel is an easy 2 block walk from the King Street Metro Station ($2.50 - 2 stops / 6 min from DCA). They also have a local area shuttle that will take you anywhere within Old Town Alexandria. Please note there is very limited overnight parking (currently $28 however we are working on a discount) & will advise further. There will be discounted hourly parking for those driving in locally. In addition LPHQ has a limited number of spots & we typically can get some additional spots from our neighbors. Street parking also available both metered & un-metered.

Meeting Time & Location: "King/Prince Conference Center" on 2nd Floor - time TBD (but typically 9 am – 6 pm Sat & 9 am – 3 pm Sun). No meals are planned but there are plenty of options within a 2 block radius including a couple diners, Whole Foods, Subway, Laporta's & more.

Possible Friday or Monday Baltimore Outing: The Baltimore CVB & Hilton Baltimore Convention Center Hotel would like to bring a van load of people for a day trip to Baltimore if there is enough interest. They would take you to Fort McHenry, National Aquarium, Inner Harbor & the Hilton which was one of the top contenders for our 2020 Convention. Please let me know if you have an interest & if so which day is best for you? If we can get 8-10 people for the same day we should be able to make this happen.

Friday / Saturday Events: There will likely be a casual social at LPHQ next door to the hotel at 1444 Duke St on Fri night & a VIP Event Sat night. Details forthcoming!
