[Lnc-business] Award Names

These types of proposals subject the potential honorees to public scrutiny,
and opens the doors to negative exposure, as well as positive.

I think the Party is better served by not doing this for anyone.

Nomination for the award may be more appropriate, as it would be for any of
our activists, living or otherwise.
