[Lnc-business] 9/29-9/30 Meeting minutes

Hello all, I need to forgo the process for auto-approval due to unexpected
life situations since the meeting involving my employment and computer
problems necessitating having to heartbreakingly start from scratch at one
point.  You will have these draft minutes over the next few days and after
incorporating any of your suggestions, I will put their approval as a
motion during the Secretary's report at the December meeting.

Some of you may have noted that the U-Stream recordings are pretty useless
for after-the-fact viewing so while doing the minutes I am taking the time
to rename each segment to be what is actually covered so that members (and
us) can easily go to where we need rather than being faced with a wall of
fifty videos in ten minute or so segments.

I will also go back and do this for the July recordings as well and make
this a regular part of my duties.
