[Lnc-business] FYI re future meeting reminders etc

If it is ever noted on the LNC list that a certain document or topic may
need to be discussed at the next meeting, I have already started the Dec
2018 One-Note notebook and will keep a list of all of those items or upload
said documents.

If you would like to use the notebook to start drafting your reports or to
use as report notes let me know and I will send you a link that will give
you editing permissions.  I take notes over the months on things I want to
put in my reports so I don't forget and don't have to scramble at the last
minute.  It is a good practice.

If any at-larges are intending on submitting reports let me know and I will
make a notebook entry for you.
