[Lnc-business] Reminder: LNC Amicus Brief Deadlines

Good Morning,

SeveralLNC members have expressed support for the LNC filing an amicus 
brief in /Utah Republican Party v. Cox./

Please note that the LNC must serve noticeof its intent to do so by 
November 2, and the filing deadline for the brief itself is November 12.

Given that we do not have counsel retained to draft this brief, I 
recommend that if the LNC decides to proceed, it should join the brief 
to be filed on behalf of the Libertarian Party of California, the 
Constitution Party, the Republican Party of Idaho, and the Utah 
Republican Native American Caucus, and potentially additional amici TBD.
