[Lnc-business] Updated version of Region 5 report

Dear colleagues:

     I hope all is well with you.  In a separate message I shall send an 
updated version of my Region 5 report.  As I mentioned during the LNC 
meeting, I received a late submission from Stewart Flood, chair of the 
South Carolina LP; his submission is included in the updated version.
