[Lnc-business] 2017 revenues compared to last 10 years

The concentrated effort started in Dec 2016 and bore fruit.  Nick had a
very firm vision and executed it.

I think a great deal of the higher early convention revenues are because of
the intense efforts of the whole CC- they’ve been amazing.  Daniel has
blown me away and Sam has been selling like a boss.
