[Lnc-business] possible LNC-EC phone meeting Tues or Weds 9:30P ET: OH & TN ballot access

We are awaiting final official word from the chair, but it's looking 
like the call will in fact happen Tuesday night at 9:30 PM Eastern. That 
means January 16, 2018, 9:30 PM Eastern unless I make another mistake.

Most likely, once it's official, you'll see an official announcement 
with call-in instructions from Secretary Alicia Mattson.
