[Lnc-business] Motion to Censure

Since there are already a sufficient number of people requesting an
electronic meeting, but they're hammering out the meeting date/time still,
why not just add this to the call of the meeting and handle it at the same
time?  Otherwise we're going to have overlapping subjects, one by email
ballot and one by electronic meeting.
