[Lnc-business] Motion to Censure

I don’t consider it adequate and this seems like an end run around other
members when the fair thing is to add this to the electronic call.

Colour me not particularly pleased.  Everyone should have a chance to argue
their case.

Please don’t force my hand to co-sponsor the other one in order to protect
Region 1’s rights.
