	I'm not sure it is either Elizabeth, that's why I chose the subject line that I did, and copied Alison on my message in order to give her the opportunity to respond. I mentioned that she is on the Social Media Process Review Committee in the same way I might mention that Tim Hagan is the treasurer, if I were talking about Tim. I'm afraid I don't understand your point about her name being on the website, or people being judged for that.
