[Lnc-business] Completed investigation of complaint against Arvin Vohra pursuant to LNC Policy Manual Section 2.01(4)

Our rules prevent posting to the list.  The Policy Manual says that
confidentiality shall be preserved.  I suppose Arvin could waive that.
