[Lnc-business] Handy chart on FEC contribution limits?

The chart updated with the 2017-2018 contribution limits is at
https://transition.fec.gov/pages/brochures/contriblimitschart.htm and
https://transition.fec.gov/info/contriblimitschart1718.pdf. The FEC
website has been in "redesign" for a long time.
