Or make a motion to avoid those accusations.  I think it's clear that it
would be improper for a committee to sell party assets and keep the money
without authorization from the board.  This is less clear.  I still think
it would be improper for a committee to make money off of party assets and
not return the money to the party without board authorization.  If we had a
coal crushing committee, and the committee turned coal into diamonds, it
couldn't then sell the diamonds without returning the money to the party.
