Thank you Nick,

I appreciate you making a statement regarding this situation. If the
consultation with the Treasurer, Executive Director, and the Head of
Development, is based upon some of the email discussion, I'm wondering
how much was clarified. Wes wrote this:

-------------------------
"Whitney,

Caryn Ann was going to be reimbursed for some travel outside of her
region, not inside her region.

I mention that again, in case it wasn't clear.

Were you under the impression Caryn Ann was being reimbursed for travel
to states within her region?
--------------------------

Yet, the two states that Caryn Ann traveled to, where both within her
region. Was it the intention, as Wes stated, for the reimbursement to
happen for states outside her region?
I hope you can appreciate how confusing this is to us learning about it
for the first time, only to note conflicting information.
