Dear colleagues:
I hope all is well with you. Allow me to provide some additional
information about this matter.
According to IALP rules, I am allowed to participate in IALP
business sessions via internet communication media. Thus, it has been
my intention to participate in the IALP conference via such means since
the announcement of the conference dates. From what Mr. Neale (IALP
chair) has indicated to me, due to the time difference between Prague
and Denver, I suspect I can participate in all of the IALP conference
sessions. Incidentally, if an alternate is chosen, the LNC should
specify clearly under what conditions the alternate is empowered to act.
As always, thanks for your work for liberty. I hope this
information is helpful to you.
Take care,
Jim
