[Lnc-business] Draft Proposal for Feedback: Outreach Committee

Well, I’d like to keep the initiation of force off the table. How about if the report is submitted late 2 consecutive times the committee must have a re-vote on the secretary or else a new one is selected.
Although if this isn’t satisfactory I’ll await the opinion of the other LNC members on the lashings idea.
